Pivot City is introducing a new training framework this Term in the ways of Age Bracket/Group Training.

We are moving towards an academy based training framework and this is the first step in the right direction. With limited court space allocation, this will assist in providing as much value as possible for all teams.

Silver medal for Pivot City player, Jamie Ryan

The 2019 Australian Junior U16 Championships held recently in the Northern Territory showcased the talent of local Geelong and Pivot City player, Jamie Ryan. Pivot City’s Wathaurong Team

Former Pivot City and Australian Opal basketballer Rohanee Cox founded the Wathaurong basketball team when she took up a position at the Wathaurong Aboriginal Co-operative Ltd in Geelong.

Pivot talent heading to Australian Junior Championships

A recent Basketball Victoria announcement about the 2019 Victoria Country and Victoria Metropolitan Under-18 teams for the Australian Junior Championships (AJC) included three Pivot City players.

Sevenpeat for Pivot City at Country Victoria Championship

An outstanding performance by players and coaches saw Pivot complete the sevenpeat at clubbies winning the best country club Max Bowman Shield by 2 points over Bendigo Aztecs.
